Registration for classes is not required unless noted on the above schedule. 
Refer to home page or call (614) 891-8866 for class cancellations due to weather.
 

Usual Class Lengths

Hatha / Hatha Flow / Yin  1 hour 15 minutes
Vinyasa 1 hour 30 minutes
Ashtanga 1 hour 30 minutes
Restorative  1 hour 30 minutes

Beginners  1 hour

Group Strength Training 45 minutes


Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes early to prepare for class. Classes are held in a warm environment 74 to 80 degrees.  Parking is available on the Yoga Factory side of the street, the gravel lot to the east, or in the lot behind the studio.

 

  • Wear comfortable clothing for yoga.  Oversized shirts and pants are not the best option for yoga.  Remove all jewelry before class.
  • As a courtesy to your fellow yogis, please refrain from wearing strong fragrances.
  • Please bring your personal yoga mat and towel to class if you have them.  If not, mats provided.
  • Classes begin on time.  Please arrive a little early.  If class is still underway, please try to remain as quiet as possible.
  • Leaving during savasana is not acceptable.  If you must leave early, please set up at the rear of the class.
  • Try to avoid eating at least two hours before class - practicing on a full stomach can interfere with your breathing and blood flow.
  •  Please no gum chewing in class.
  • Turn off all cell phones and pagers before class.  (We're listening to our inner voices.)
