Our Studio

The room is gently lighted from frosted windows. Shade trees cast their shadows on the matted floor. Birds chirp in the background. You can hear the breeze flow through the trees. The class is lead by the soft voice of an experienced yogi. The low toned chants and beat of the current music selection, the sounds of nature, all harmonize with the rhythm of your breath.
You catch a moment of nothingness. Your body has no weight. You have made the connection with your Self; You become mindful that today, your day, here, was meant to be.
